Giclée prints will be shipped by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed and couriers DPD, UPS, Fed Ex and Parcelforce.

All other items are sent 2nd Class Royal Mail.

REST OF EUROPE AND US

£12 (GBP) delivery for standard shipping.

Work is aimed to be delivered between 4-10 business days.

Giclée prints will be shipped by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed and couriers DPD, UPS, Fed Ex and Parcelforce.

There are some US delays due to COVID-19 and international postal issues. Thank you for your patience.

£15 (GBP) delivery fee for standard shipping.

DISCLAIMER

Due to ongoing Royal Mail issues, there may be a delay in your delivery.

The customer is responsible for all customs duties, clearance and local taxes.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you enjoy your purchase from The Rising Space. Each artisan piece is created with quality materials and art prints are professionally printed in the UK. Hand-finished and hand-crafted items are made with care.

As a small independent enterprise, we are not in a position to offer a return if you change your mind. We appreciate your understanding.

THE ITEM I HAVE RECEIVED IS DAMAGED

In the rare event your artwork arrives damaged, please reach out to helen@therisingspace.co.uk within 7 days of the delivered date with photographs of the damaged item.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Giclée art prints are printed to order with an external professional printing house. Orders cancelled before they are printed will be granted a full refund. Orders cancelled after they are printed will not be entitled to a refund.

Hand hand-finished prints and hand-crafted items are sent by Royal Mail. If you cancel the items before they are packaged and dispatched, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Refunds may be subject to payment processing fees.

BESPOKE COMMISSIONING SERVICE

Once entering a contract with Helen to product a bespoke commission, refunds and returns cannot be accepted after the commission has been completed. Her consultation time, work and material costs are all part of the commission rate.

If you change your mind after the commission has been approved and work commenced, a consultation charge of £30 per hour for the work already completed will be invoiced.

EVENTS

If you purchase a ticket to an event organised by The Rising Space and cannot attend, please let Helen know not to expect you. Unfortunately refunds or transfers are not possible.

If The Rising Space needs to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, events will either be rescheduled or refunds will be issued. The customer has an opportunity to choose which they would prefer.
