♡ Finding daily practices to help maintain our mental health is key to feeling balanced and present. We can easily lose our sense of self and what brings us joy when aren’t tending to our needs. This can feel difficult to do sometimes, but even small moments of nurturing, from the way we speak to ourselves, to taking a deep inhale and pause when it gets too much, can help shift things which aren’t serving us.  

♥ For me, meditating, cacao practices, walking in nature and cleansing rituals are part of my self-care routine, which helps me to create and hold space for others. 

♡ To support you and your wellbeing, I have written and recorded a 10 minute meditation to help you Centre, Connect, Ground & Flow, which is available to listen to on Insight Timer.
